I’ve spent more than a decade in education as a teacher, a school leader, a consultant, and a system builder. Throughout this journey, I’ve worked closely with schools, educators, and families. And across all those experiences, one thing became very clear to me: Education doesn’t start when a child enters primary school. It starts much earlier.

But here’s the reality. For many working parents, choosing childcare is not a confident decision.
It’s often a compromise between safety, consistency, and meaningful learning experiences. And that didn’t sit right with me.

Because these early years are critical. They shape how a child feels, learns, and grows. They lay the foundation for confidence, independence, and readiness for life. That’s why I started GAIA.
GAIA is not just another daycare. It is a childcare system. One where every child receives consistent, high-quality care, where every parent feels informed and at ease, and where every single day is intentionally designed to support a child’s development. At GAIA, we believe childcare should be safe, structured, and transparent, not only for the child, but also for the parents who place their trust in us every day. And what we are building goes far beyond a single center.

We are building a scalable platform so more families can access high-quality childcare, and more operators can deliver it with consistency and excellence. Because ultimately, this is not just about childcare. It’s about giving children the best possible start in life and giving parents the peace of mind they truly deserve.
